Classes are conducted by Mrs. Kamala Singh in her exemplary studio. Mrs Singh is a prominent and highly regarded instructor with over 20 years experience. Such are Mrs Singhs experience and credentials she has been sought after to write articles for various publication in Nepal and India about the philososophies and teachings of yoga.
Classes are also conducted by Dr. Subodh Shukla, who works as a yoga instructor in the Indian Embassy and has over 15 years experience.
